Individual Therapies

The main therapy we offer is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) but we do provide other talking therapies too.

Once you’ve had an assessment you can discuss which therapy you’re most interested in and your clinician will let you know which therapy Back on Track recommends to help overcome your difficulties.
