The Resolution Clinic is an evening only service that offers free confidential consultation and assessment for all residents wishing to address substance based behaviours.

The Resolution Clinic team understand embarking upon recovery or making healthy lifestyle changes can be an emotionally challenging time for people.

They offer a free confidential consultation and initial assessment with an experienced practitioner at their Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham or Westminster treatment clinics.

The Resolution Clinic offers one-to-one tailored treatment with flexible working times to suit your working hours/child care with convenient 30-40 minute appointments in Central London. This is a great way for busy people to manage their lifestyle and wellbeing.

The Resolution Clinic will help you to focus on your physical health and your emotional and psychological wellbeing which helps you to reach the treatment goals you agree during the consultation.

They’re open every Tuesday and Wednesday Evening, 5pm – 9pm and are able to provide:

  • Assessment care plans and goal setting
  • One to one professional advice and support
  • Pre-booked appointment slots
  • Counselling
  • Appointments with our nurse
  • Support for friends and family members
  • Support to establish goals around: moderation, control and abstinence.

The Alcohol Service (TAS)

The Alcohol Service (TAS) is a free and confidential alcohol service for adults, families, carers and affected others in the London boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.

Their service is for anyone experiencing difficulty with alcohol use or who are affected by alcohol use issues. They can meet with you at a venue close to your home, such as your GP practice or an appropriate venue that is local to you. They will discuss your needs with you and together develop a tailored care plan to help you progress towards your individual goals.

You will be able to select from a menu of treatment options and they will support you to choose the appropriate level and type of support for your needs. The length, frequency and intensity of your treatment will be agreed as part of your personalised plan. Whether you have recently become concerned about your alcohol use, or you have been drinking for many years, The Alcohol Service can support you to make healthier choices and improve your lifestyle.

They operate from three locations within their three London boroughs. Their main office is at 2 – 4 Old Queen Street, Westminster, but they do not provide a walk-in service at this location, so if you would like to register with the service please call them on 0800 0147 440 or email them on thealcoholservice.info@cgl.org.uk, and they can arrange an appropriate location to meet you.
