Back on Track is a free NHS service. It is part of the government’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (IAPT).
Admin Office/Self-referral hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 4:30pm. Self referral cannot be accepted outside of these hours.
Monday – Thursday: 8.00am to 7.30pm
Friday: 8.00am to 4.30pm.
Evening appointments are very popular and there will usually be a longer wait if you need to see someone after 5pm.

Back on Track is provided in Hammersmith & Fulham by a partnership of four organisations. When you are referred to Back on Track, your information may be shared with these organisation with the purpose of offering you an initial assessment.
West London NHS Trust provides treatment, support and guidance for people with mental health problems. We’re passionate about helping people to recover, supporting them back into every day life and challenging stigma.
West London Centre for Counselling is a voluntary organisation which provides free, confidential counselling service to people who live in or are registered with a GP within the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. It was established to provide a counselling service for people living or working in West London and also to promote the understanding of counselling through education and training.
Richmond Fellowship provides employment support to primary care services in Hammersmith and Fulham. They also provide recovery and wellbeing support including advice, peer support, befriending and digital and online support forums.
ICS Digital Therapies is working in partnership with Back on Track to provide quality telephone assessments with a highly qualified therapist. Our service is patient-centred and we have a focus on providing the best care available at a time convenient and comfortable for you.
