Whilst the Back on Track office is currently closed to any face to face appointments, we are continuing to offer a full range of treatments using remote means, such as telephone or video calls.

NHS & CARE HOME STAFF
We are currently prioritising referrals from those working in the NHS and care homes, who are working so hard under very difficult circumstances. Please make sure to let us know if this is you, so that we can best support you whilst you continue to take care of us all.
URGENT MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT:
If you are in need of urgent mental health support please contact your GP, or the West London NHS Trust 24 Hour Helpline on 0300 1234 244.
BACK ON TRACK:
Back on Track is part of the NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme. We provide free brief talking therapies for common mental health difficulties (such as anxiety and depression) and employment support to people aged 18 and over who are living, or registered with a GP, in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
Our admin office/self-referrals hotline is open Monday-Friday 09:30-16:30, and our clinic times are open Mon-Friday 08:00-16:00.To access Back on Track either your GP (or another health professional) can refer you, or you can self-refer by calling us on 0300 123 1156 or by emailing us here. We hope that this will give you the information you need (along with info on Problems we Treat) to decide whether we are the right service for you, but please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
