This workshop will teach you how relaxation techniques can help to reduce your stress and anxiety. It will give you a chance to try ‘Progressive Muscular Relaxation’ as a way of promoting a sense of relaxation.
This workshop includes a free relaxation CD that you can take home so you can continue to practice after the workshop. You will also be provided with reading materials at the end of the session.
