We offer a number of different workshops at Back on Track. These programs are designed around tried and tested techniques. They are based upon Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy. This is a structured therapy based in the here and now which provides you with useful techniques to identify thoughts, feelings and emotions and respond to them in different ways.
Our program includes daytime and evening sessions to fit around your life.

What is it?
