Having a long-term health condition (LTC) can be frustrating or worrying at times. Examples of long term health conditions include diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), HIV, heart failure, arthritis, chronic pain and epilepsy.It is very common for health conditions to affect how you feel and for your mood to affect your health condition. This can lead to feeling stressed, low, anxious or worried.

Back on Track LTC is here to help you manage your health condition and improve your wellbeing.

  • Fibromyalgia Awareness UK

Supports sufferers, friends and family through information and advice about the condition. Also offers local support groups for adults suffering with fibromyalgia. The support groups give members the opportunity to socialise with other sufferers and ask to questions about the condition and request discussion topics. There is a support group based in Ealing, run by Charlee Brown. The group meets on every third Friday of the month, from 14:30 to 16:30.
