Back on Track is provided in Hammersmith & Fulham by a partnership of the following three organisations:
West London Mental Health NHS Trust provides treatment, support and guidance for people with mental health problems. We’re passionate about helping people to recover, supporting them back into every day life and challenging stigma.
West London Centre for Counselling is a voluntary organisation which provides free, confidential counselling service to people who live in or are registered with a GP within the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. It was established to provide a counselling service for people living or working in West London and also to promote the understanding of counselling through education and training.
Mental Health Matters is one of the UK’s most innovative organisations working with people with mental health needs. With our dedicated and experienced staff team, we work with partner organisations to deliver a comprehensive range of services centered on individual service user needs. The services we provide cover every aspect of service users’ lives, from employment and housing to community support and psychological services. Mental Health Matters’ ultimate aim is to strengthen the voice, rights and independence of service users, carers and family and friends.
